JUET Guna has commenced admissions for the 2025 academic session. For B.Tech (Lateral Entry), applications are open until June 28, 2025. Admissions for BBA, M.Sc, and Diploma programs are available until June 8, 2025.

Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET) has opened admissions for the 2025 academic session across various undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech program through JEE Main scores can apply until June 5, 2025, with counselling scheduled for June 17-18, 2025.

JUET UG/PG Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Program-wise general eligibility criteria are as follows.

B.Tech Programs

Candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent exam in 2023, 2024, or appearing in 2025.
Mandatory subjects: Physics & Mathematics + one subject from Chemistry, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, etc.
- For Civil, Chemical, and Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry is compulsory.
JEE Main-based admission: Minimum 60% marks in 10+2 (55% for SC/ST).
10+2 marks-based admission: Minimum 60% marks in 10+2 (55% for SC/ST).
Gap-year candidates must submit a Gap Affidavit available on the university website.

B.Tech (Lateral Entry)

Must meet one of the following criteria:

Diploma holders: At least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) in the relevant field.
B.Tech 1st year pass-outs from a recognized university with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).
B.Sc graduates with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) and Mathematics in 10+2.
D.Voc graduates in the same or allied sector.

BBA Program

Must have passed or appeared for 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognized board.
Gap year candidates must submit a Gap Affidavit.

Diploma Program

Must have passed or appeared in 10th or equivalent exam with Science & Mathematics.
For Direct Entry to 2nd Year, candidates must have completed ITI in the relevant trade.

M.Sc Program (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry)

B.Sc (Hons) or B.Sc (10+2+3 pattern) with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
The subject of admission must have been studied in all three years of undergraduate studies.

M.Tech Program

BE/B.Tech graduates with at least 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA in the relevant discipline.

PhD Program

Postgraduate degree holders with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
Admission is through the PhD entrance test & interview at JUET, Guna.
NET/SLET/GATE qualifiers are exempted from the entrance test but must appear for the interview.
