TS EAMCET is expected to be renamed to TS EAPCET, EPACET from the academic session 2024 to include agriculture and pharmacy course admission in the entrance test.

New Delhi: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad has proposed to change the name of the TS EAMCET Exam from the academic session 2024. TSCHE Chairman R Limbadri has announced that once the proposal is accepted, TS EAMCET 2024 Exam will be renamed to TS EAPCET or EPACET.

As because medical admissions are conducted through NEET, JNTUH has proposed to include agriculture and pharmacy courses admission under the common state admission test. Hence, the name EAPCET or EPACET.

TS EAMCET 2024 exam is likely to be conducted from May 10, 2024. JNTUH will conduct the TS EAMCET exam 2024 in online computer-based mode. The exam will be conducted for 3 hours in multiple-choice format.
