Starting February 20, 2026, JMI will accept forms for merit-based courses like JEE, NATA, NEET, NCET, and CUET. They remain open until 10 days after each agency declares its results.

Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University, New Delhi, has released its academic prospectus for the 2026–27 session, announcing a major expansion with 30 new programs and the implementation of the Four-Year Undergraduate Program (FYUP) under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. In a student-friendly move, the Jamia Millia Islamia University has confirmed there will be no fee hike for any courses this year.
JMI Admission 2026 Important Guidelines for Students
- Multiple Entry Mode: Students can now apply for FYUP programs with the flexibility of multiple entry and exit points.
- Expanded Test Centers: Three new centers have been added in Jaipur, Dehradun, and Kishanganj, totaling 11 centers nationwide.
- Application Deadlines:
- Entrance-based programs: Apply by March 25, 2026.
- JEE/NATA/CUET/NEET/NCET programs: Forms close 10 days after the respective results are declared.
- Multiple Entry (FYUP) vacant seats: Applications open until April 10, 2026.
- International Students: Benefit from a substantially reduced fee structure for candidates from SAARC, West Asian, African, and Latin American countries.
