JKBOPEE has released Provisional Selection List for MD/MS/PG Diploma Course. Selected candidates must report to their respective colleges/institutions by December 3, 2024, before 4:00 PM.

The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has issued the Provisional Selection List for MD/MS/PG Diploma Courses 2024 for candidates belonging to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Provisionally selected candidates must report to their respective colleges/institutions by December 3, 2024 (4:00 PM) with the required original documents.

Mandatory Documents for Admission

Candidates must carry the following original documents while reporting:

  1. Matriculation Certificate
  2. MBBS Degree Certificate
  3. Rotatory Internship Completion Certificate (completed by August 15, 2024)
  4. MBBS Marks Cards
  5. NEET PG Result Card
  6. Domicile Certificate (for candidates of UT of J&K/Ladakh)
  7. NMC (MCI)/J&K Medical Council Registration Certificate
  8. Category Certificate (if applicable)
  9. NOC for in-service candidates
  10. Proof of Identity (Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, etc.)
  11. Service Bond (for candidates from Ladakh)

Important Instructions for Candidates

  1. Mandatory Joining:
    • Candidates must join their allotted college/seat by the deadline. Failure to do so will disqualify them from participating in the second round of counseling.
  2. Verification of Documents:
    • Colleges will verify eligibility and report discrepancies to BOPEE.
  3. Service Bond:
    • Candidates from Ladakh must submit a service bond as per institutional requirements.
  4. Affidavit Submission:
    • Candidates must submit an affidavit affirming the accuracy of their information and compliance with eligibility conditions.

College/Institution Responsibilities

  1. Shortfall Reporting:
    • Colleges must report shortfall seats by December 3, 2024 (5:00 PM).
  2. Open Admission Counters:
    • Institutions should keep admission counters operational, including on holidays, to facilitate timely completion of the admission process.
