JIMS Rohini Delhi Placement 2023 for Batch of 300 Students Records 100% Success Rate

New Delhi: Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS), Rohini, has successfully completed its placement season for the largest PGDM, PGDM – IB, and PGDM – RM batch of 300 students for the academic session 2021-23, where it recorded 100% success rate. 

JIMS Rohini saw a beeline of companies in the 2023 placement, recording the highest salary of INR 22 LPA and the average salary of INR 8 LPA. This year, a total of 190 recruiters participated in the JIMS placement drive. The majority of recruiters' repeated their visits reflecting the students' success in the corporate sector.

Referring to the successful completion of JIMS Rohini placements 2023, Dr. Pooja Jain, Director of JIMS Rohini, said that employers focused more on behavioral parameters like attitude and eagerness to learn for evaluating candidates. 

The emphasis was on selecting people who are adaptable and versatile. This year, diversity and inclusion was a key factor for hiring managers. Following that, many excellent opportunities for management students, and there was an increase in international job opportunities for new graduates, Jain said. 

In response to a question about the value of soft skills in the hiring process, Dr. Jain continued by saying that soft skills are becoming increasingly crucial, with functional skills now being particularly significant for Finance profiles. Recruiters are emphasizing on soft skills like communication, attitude, and critical thinking more than before.
