The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has extended the registration deadline for NEET UG Round 1 Counselling 2026. Candidates can now apply on the official portal at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in as per the revised schedule.

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has extended the Round 1 registration deadline for Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 counselling. The revised schedule has been issued through an official notice dated August 21, 2026. Eligible candidates can complete the counselling process through jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.

The counselling covers MBBS and BDS seats under the Jharkhand State Quota in government and private medical and dental colleges. Candidates must qualify NEET UG 2026 and meet the domicile and eligibility conditions prescribed by JCECEB to participate in the state counselling process.

Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 1 Counselling Revised Schedule

The extension covers online registration and application fee payment. It also covers the choice filling stage of Round 1. All later steps have been rescheduled by the board accordingly. Choice locking, seat allotment, and reporting now follow the new timeline.

Who Is Eligible for Jharkhand NEET UG Counselling 2026?

Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2026 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). They must also satisfy the Jharkhand domicile and residence requirements for state quota admission.

Candidates applying under reserved categories must provide valid certificates issued by the competent authority. Non-domicile candidates cannot participate in this state quota counselling round.

Eligible candidates can complete the registration process online through the JCECEB portal. Applicants should keep their NEET UG details and scanned documents ready before starting.
