3. Enter your application number and password to log in.
4. The allotment letter will appear on the screen with course and college details.
5. Download the allotment letter and save a copy for reporting.

How to Accept the Allotted Seat?

Candidates satisfied with their allotted seat must pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 3000 through the Multi Option Payment System. Payment can be made using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. The Rs 250 counselling registration fee paid earlier is non-refundable.

After payment, candidates must download the provisional allotment letter. They then have to visit the allotted institute for document verification within the notified reporting window.

What Are the Freeze and Float Options?

Candidates have two choices after receiving a seat in Round 4. Each choice decides whether the student stays in counselling or exits it.

• Freeze: The candidate accepts the allotted seat as final. No further upgrade will be considered in later rounds.
• Float: The candidate keeps the current seat but stays in the running for a better option in the next round.

Both choices require the candidate to pay the seat acceptance fee first. Skipping payment cancels the allotment automatically.
