Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has released the Round-1 allotment results on October 6, 2020, at its official website: jeecup.nic.in. The Counselling session details for JEECUP 2020 will be available in upcoming days. Alternatively, check the direct link below.

JEECUP 2020 registered students have been provided with their declaration of their allocated college and branches during the seat allotment process. Students who have filled and locked their college preferences are eligible for JEECUP 2020 seat allotment.

Candidates can now download the official letter published on the JEECUP website for seat allotment by visiting the official website: jeecup.nic.in.

JEECUP Round 1 Seat Allotment 2020: Important Dates

Publication of Round 1 Seat Allotment Result of JEECUP 2020 will be available for students to check on October 6, 2020. The authority will be an online processor of freeze and float of choices from October 6 to October 11, 2020. 

After the filling process, students opted for the “Freeze” option have to verify the documents at the helpline centres till October 11, 2020. Students can make the payment for the same until October 12, 2020.

JEECUP Round 1 Seat Allotment 2020: How to Check?

Registered candidates can now check the JEECUP 2020 seat allotment result by following the two simple steps mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official website of JEECUP and log in by using your roll number, password, and security PIN.

Step 2: Verify your details and take a print out of the seat allotment result for future references.

After the Seat allotment result declaration of JEECUP 2020, registered students will have the choice to choose from the Freeze and Float seat allotment process. 

Freeze Seat Allotment Process: During the Freeze allotment, students will accept the seat allotted to them and will opt for the document verification process by skipping the online counselling session. Students opted for Freeze will not be eligible to participate in the counselling session.

Float Seat Allotment Process: For Float Seat allotment, students who are not in favour of the seats allotted to them can choose to wait for better college allotment options. 

In the float seat allotment case, the students can choose from the seat they're allocated with and second option seats available for them.

JEECUP 2020: Document Verification Process

Students, whether they opted for the Float or Freeze option will have to complete the document verification process in their allotted colleges. 

For students who opted for the Freeze option, the verification process can simply be done by visiting the nearest helpline centre of JEECUP. Students must carry their JEECUP scorecard, Qualification certificates, and category certificates only if applicable.
