Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education (UPBTE) has released the JEECUP 2nd round of seat allotment result list on October 13. Candidates can check the result list on the official website jeecup.nic.in.
JEECUP candidates who scored above the qualifying marks were required to register for the second round. The deadline for registration for the 2nd round was October 12. The UPBTE conducted the JEECUP exam in September. Results of the same were declared on October 7.

JEECUP 2020: Steps to Download Second Allotment Result List
Candidates can check the result by following these steps:
- Go to JEECUP official website i.e., jeecup.nic.in
- Click the link “Seat Allotment Result 2020 2nd Phase” which will be displayed on the bottom of the page.
- Fill the application number and date of birth.
- Click on ‘Submit’.
- The allotted college will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and take a print out of the same for future reference.

Candidates who do not clear the 2nd round of seat allotment can further register themselves for 3rd round. Also, if candidates are unable to appear for 2nd round allotment, they can either freeze or float. These terms mean:
- Freeze- clicking on this tab means complete withdrawing and no further process will be available for the candidates.
- Float: By clicking on this tab, it means that the candidate can wait for the next round.
Every year, UPBTE conducts the JEECUP (Joint Entrance Examination Council of UP) examination for aspirants seeking to get admissions in Polytechnic courses in the top colleges and institutions of states of UP. It is an objective type of examination.
