JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Answer Key Out for BArch & BPlan; Objection Deadline April 27

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer key for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Paper 2 (B.Arch and B.Planning) on April 25, 2026. Candidates who appeared for the architecture and planning entrance examination can now download the answer key and recorded response sheets from the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The answer key challenge window is open from April 25 to April 27, 2026 until 11:50 PM. Candidates can verify their answers and calculate their expected scores using the provisional answer key before the final result declaration.

The provisional answer key has been released for both Paper 2A (B.Arch) and Paper 2B (B.Planning) conducted during JEE Main 2026 Session 2 in April 2026. Along with the answer key, NTA has also uploaded the recorded response sheets showing the answers marked by each candidate during the examination. Candidates can compare their responses with the official answer key to estimate their performance. The answer key is provisional in nature and subject to change based on objections received from candidates.

• Visit the official NTA website at jeemain.nta.nic.in on your web browser.
• Navigate to the "Answer Key" or "Public Notices" section on the homepage.
• Look for the link "Provisional Answer Keys for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Planning)".
• Click on the answer key link to access the download portal.
• Select your paper code (Paper 2A for B.Arch or Paper 2B for B.Planning).
• Download the answer key PDF file and save it on your device.
• You can also download your recorded response sheet to compare with the official answer key.
• Print the answer key for manual verification and score calculation.
• Compare your answers with the official answer key question by question.
• Calculate your expected score based on the marking scheme provided.

How to Raise Objections Against JEE Main 2026 Answer Key?

• Visit the official NTA website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
• Click on the "Answer Key Challenge" link available on the homepage.
• Log in using your application number and password.
• Select the paper (Paper 2A or 2B) for which you want to raise an objection.
• Select the question number against which you want to challenge the answer.
• Provide a detailed explanation of your objection with supporting evidence or reasoning.
• Upload relevant documents or references if required to support your objection.
• Pay the objection fee of INR 100 per question through online payment.
• Submit your objection before the deadline of April 27, 2026 at 11:50 PM.
• Keep a copy of your objection receipt for future reference and tracking.

The answer key challenge window is open for a limited period until April 27, 2026 at 11:50 PM. Candidates are advised to carefully review the answer key and raise objections only for questions where they have strong evidence or reasoning to support their challenge. The objection should be specific and well-documented with proper justification. NTA's expert committee will evaluate all objections and make final decisions on answer key corrections. The final result is expected to be declared in May 2026.
