IIT Roorkee released the JEE Advanced 2026 provisional answer key on May 25 at 10 AM, allowing candidates to download Paper 1 and Paper 2 answer keys from the official website.

JEE Advanced 2026 Answer Key Out

Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee has released the provisional answer key for JEE Advanced 2026. Candidates can now download the answer keys for Paper 1 and Paper 2 from the official website. The exam was conducted on May 17, 2026, while response sheets were released on May 21, 2026. With the provisional answer key now available, candidates can verify their responses, calculate their expected scores, and raise objections in case of discrepancies. The final answer key and result will be declared on June 1, 2026.

How to Download Answer Key?

Visit the official JEE Advanced website and click on the “Provisional Answer Keys” link. Download the Paper 1 and Paper 2 PDF files, save them to your device, and compare your responses with the official answers to estimate your score.

How to Raise Objections?

Candidates can raise objections by logging into the candidate portal using their registration number and date of birth. Navigate to the Feedback/Objection section, select the relevant question, provide a clear explanation, and upload supporting documents if required. Make sure to submit your objection before May 26, 2026, 5:00 PM, and keep the confirmation receipt for future reference.

Important Instructions

Only objections submitted through the official candidate portal will be accepted. Submissions through email or any other mode will not be considered. Each objection must be specific, properly explained, and supported with relevant evidence. Late submissions will not be entertained.

What Happens Next?

After the objection window closes, IIT Roorkee will review all challenges and publish the final answer key. Marks will be calculated based on the final version, and the JEE Advanced 2026 result will be announced on June 1. Qualified candidates can then proceed with JoSAA counselling for admission to IITs and other participating institutes.
