JAC Chandigarh Mock Allotment 2026 Released; Check Choice Editing Window

The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Chandigarh has released Mock Allotment 2026. Candidates can check the result at the official portal jacchd.admissions.nic.in. The Mock Allotment was declared on July 7, 2026.

The mock result is not the final seat allotment. It only shows a probable seat based on filled choices. Candidates can now edit or reorder their submitted choices.

Login requires the JEE Main 2026 application number, password, and assigned security pin. Candidates must also enter the assigned security pin. The choice editing window will remain open on July 8 and 9.

JAC Chandigarh handles engineering and architecture admissions in the tricity region. Seats are offered in Panjab University and Chandigarh Administration institutes. Admissions run on the basis of JEE Main 2026 All India Rank.

How to Check the JAC Chandigarh Mock Allotment 2026 Result?

• Visit the official portal at jacchd.admissions.nic.in.
• Click on the candidate login link on the homepage.
• Enter the JEE Main application number, password, and security pin.
• Submit the details and view the mock allotment result.
• Download the result page for personal reference.

How to Edit Choices After Mock Allotment?

Candidates unhappy with the mock result can rework their preference list. The portal allows them to add fresh choices from unfilled options. They can also delete unwanted programmes and colleges from the list.

Candidates can further reorder existing choices in a preferred sequence. All edits must be saved before the July 9, 2026 deadline. Locked choices will decide the final Round 1 seat allotment.

Participating Institutes and Programmes

JAC Chandigarh manages admissions to Panjab University campus institutes. It also covers Chandigarh Administration colleges such as PEC and CCET. The counselling offers BE, B.Arch, Integrated BE Chemical, and MBA seats.

Engineering seats are filled through JEE Main 2026 All India Ranks. Class 12 pass percentage is also used as an eligibility filter. Architecture aspirants need valid NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 scores.

2. Compare the mock seat with your dream college and branch.
3. Edit, add or reorder your choices between July 8 and 9.
4. Save and lock the updated preference list before the deadline.
5. Track the Round 1 seat allotment result on July 10, 2026.
6. Arrange the seat acceptance fee of Rs 40,000 in advance.
