Eligibility Criteria for Special Round Counselling
- Eligible Candidates:
- Candidates who filled the online application form and paid the requisite application fee of ₹1,500 (non-refundable) and counselling participation fee of ₹1,000 (non-refundable) but have not been allotted a seat in earlier rounds (including the Stray Vacancy Round).
- Mandatory Choice Filling:
- Candidates must refill choices/preferences during the Special Round as previous choices from Rounds 1-3 and the Stray Vacancy Round will be treated as invalid.
Important Points to Note
- Document Submission:
- Candidates must submit original documents during reporting. Proxy reporting or submission of documents is not allowed.
- Provisional Admissions:
- All admissions will remain provisional until approved by the university.
- Vacant Seats:
- Any seats remaining vacant after the Stray Vacancy Round or due to non-reporting/withdrawal will be considered for Special Round Counselling.
- Refund Policy:
- Refer to the admission brochure for the refund policy applicable to unallocated seats.
- No Individual Communication:
- Candidates must regularly check the university's website (www.ipu.ac.in) and the counselling portal (ipu.admissions.nic.in) for updates.
Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
- NEET UG 2024 Scorecard
- Proof of payment of ₹96,000 part academic fee
- Provisional seat allotment letter
- Qualifying exam marksheets and certificates
- Reserved category certificate (if applicable)
- Identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar card)
