New Delhi: The Institute of Public Enterprise is conducting two Management Development Programs (MDP) from November 6-10, 2023. The MDP programs will be conducted at the Shamirpet Campus of IPE.
The two programs to be conducted are:
- Supervisory Development Programme for the executives of MSN Labs Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad
- Leadership Excellence Accelerator Programme (LEAP) for Senior Managers from Ramky Estates
The Supervisory Development Program is being held from November 6-7, 2023. This program is specially designed for the select executives of MSN Labs Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, focusing on enhancing various aspects of workplace management, including Team Management, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Personal Effectiveness. This exclusive program will benefit 30 employees and promises to provide valuable insights and skills.
The LEAP program will be conducted from November 8-9, 2023. This program is tailored for Senior Managers from Ramky Estates and is geared towards further strengthening their leadership skills and capabilities.

What are MDP Programs at IPE?
Management Development Programs or MDPs are programs specifically designed to help working professionals and executives develop managerial and leadership skills.
In the past 57 years of its existence, IPE has trained many senior government officers through short-duration MDPs. It has conducted nearly 1300 programmes for around 46000 practicing managers in various types of programmes over the years. During 2020-21, about 18 programmes were conducted, mostly in the virtual mode.
Apart from conducting ‘open’ programmes on selected topics in which practising managers from various organisations are invited to participate, IPE also conducts ’in-company’ programmes which are customized programmes that are designed for a single client organization.
Programmes span over all the functional areas of management and various sectoral disciplines. Customized programmes on General Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Information Technology, Operational Excellence, Corporate Social Responsibility etc. have been conducted for officers of the State and Central Governments and practicing managers of Public and Private Sector Organizations.
