How to Prepare for INI SS Stage II Departmental Assessment?
Candidates must focus on department-specific clinical knowledge and case discussions. The assessment evaluates practical understanding of specialty-specific topics through interactive video conferencing sessions. Reviewing recent clinical guidelines and case studies relevant to your chosen department strengthens preparation.
Mock interviews and practice sessions with mentors help candidates build confidence. Candidates should research common questions asked in departmental assessments and prepare structured responses. Time management during the 20-minute assessment window is critical for comprehensive coverage of topics.
