IMI Delhi has released the PGDM 2026-28 fee structure, including tuition, hostel, mess charges, and details for all candidate categories with installments and fee waiver options. Read to know the details.

IMI Delhi has released the detailed fee structure for its PGDM, PGDM (HRM), and PGDM (B&FS) programmes for the 2026-28 batch.

The academic fee for self-sponsored candidates is ₹23.54 Lakhs, with separate provisions for company-sponsored and foreign national students.

Students opting for on-campus hostel accommodation will need to pay additional hostel and mess charges. Eligible candidates may also apply for a tuition fee waiver under AICTE guidelines based on merit and family income.

IMI Delhi MBA Fee Structure Overview

IMI Delhi has structured its PGDM fees to cater to different student categories: self-sponsored, company-sponsored, and foreign national candidates.

The total fees include tuition, learning materials, student welfare activities, library and IT facilities, alumni membership, and a refundable security deposit.

Fees are payable in six installments over the two-year programme. Below is a detailed explanation of each category along with tables for clarity.

IMI Delhi MBA Hostel and Mess Charges

IMI Delhi offers limited on-campus accommodation for PGDM students on a first-come, first-served basis. All hostel rooms are fully air-conditioned, and charges vary depending on room type and student category.

Students admitted to the PGDM programme are required to pay hostel and mess fees in addition to the academic fees.

For the academic year 2026-27, students are required to clear the first installment as per the offer letter, followed by hostel and mess charges on September 10, 2026, and the third installment on December 10, 2026.

In the 2027-28 session, the fourth installment is due on March 25, 2027, the second round of hostel and mess charges on September 10, 2027, and the final installment on December 10, 2027.

IMI MBA Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme

Following the AICTE guidelines, IMI Delhi offers tuition fee waivers to students from families with an annual income below ₹8 Lakh. The number of waivers is limited, and selection is merit-based, determined within a month of the first term. Final decisions rest solely with the institute.
