IIM Udaipur Launches India's First On-Campus Summer Programme in Management

Indian Institute of Management, IIM Udaipur has successfully launched India’s first On-Campus Summer Programme in Management. The Programme will consist of 24 students from different regions of India out of which around 10 students are female.

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management, IIM Udaipur has launched India’s first On-Campus Summer Programme in Management. With an emphasis on Business Environment, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Digital Transformation, and Business Communication, the IIM Udaipur launched the first batch of this summer programme which will cover the fundamental components of management education.

The participants will be given an overview of the teaching methodology, and following successful completion of the course, they will be awarded a Certificate of Participation by the IIM Udaipur Summer Programme in Management. The primary goal of the summer programme is to provide aspiring students and graduates a practical grasp of the management education offered by an IIM, thereby supporting them in selecting the professional route they want to pursue.

The inaugural batch of the Summer Programme in Management of IIM Udaipur will consist of 24 students from different regions of India out of which around 10 students are female. In the ten-day summer management programme, the students will receive instruction from the esteemed IIM Udaipur faculty as well as outside industry experts and peers from across the nation in a vibrant, encouraging, and stimulating academic setting.

Further, the participants will get the chance to network with IIM Udaipur academic members and MBA students. During his welcome speech, Professor Rajesh Agrawal, Chairperson of the Summer Programme in Management, stated that they believe that the Summer Programme in Management by IIM Udaipur will be a transformative experience for all its participants.

In order to inspire and motivate the students to pursue their MBA goals with new found enthusiasm and clarity, they will have the opportunity to learn and experience what it's like to be a student at an IIM, Agarwal said.

Furthermore, he added that the students will also have the opportunity to discover the rich cultural history of Rajasthan and create lifelong memories because the programme is being hosted in the mediaeval city of Udaipur.

Therefore, it must be noted that IIM Udaipur is the only management institute all over India which has introduced a ten-day On-Campus Summer Program in Management for MBA Aspirants.
