IKSV, based in Khairagarh, Chhattisgarh, is a public university dedicated to music, dance and fine arts. The 2026-27 intake covers programmes at the Faculty of Music, Faculty of Dance, Faculty of Visual Arts, Faculty of Folk Music and Arts, and Faculty of Arts.

The first list spans multiple degree and diploma streams. The selected candidates are drawn from five faculties.

• Faculty of Music: Hindustani Vocal, Instrumental Music (String), Percussion (BPA and Diploma), One-Year Diploma in Percussion, One-Year Diploma in Sound Recording.
• Faculty of Dance: UG and PG dance programmes.
• Faculty of Visual Arts: M.F.A., B.F.A. and B.Voc. in Textile and Apparel Design.
• Faculty of Folk Music and Arts: M.P.A., B.P.A. and two-year diplomas.
• Faculty of Arts: M.A. in Hindi, English, Sanskrit and History, B.A., Theatre M.P.A. and B.P.A., and One-Year Diploma in Yoga.

How to Check the IKSV First Selection List 2026?

The list is hosted as a downloadable notice on the official IKSV portal. Candidates can follow these steps to access it.

• Visit the official website at iksv.ac.in.
• Go to the Notices or Admissions section on the homepage.
• Open the notice titled Selected Students List (Aptitude Test-I).
• Download the PDF for your faculty and programme.
• Search for your name, roll number or application ID in the list.

How to Confirm Admission by July 10?

Selected candidates must pay the prescribed admission fee within the given window. Failure to pay by July 10, 2026 will result in cancellation of the seat allotment.

• Log in to the IKSV admission portal using your registration credentials.
• Download the fee slip for your allotted programme.
• Pay the fee through the SBI online payment gateway.
• Upload the payment receipt on the admission portal.
• Report to the respective faculty office with original documents when called.

How to Register for IKSV Round 2 Admissions?

Candidates who missed the first round can still apply. Round 2 registration remains open until July 14, 2026. The Aptitude Test-I for Round 2 will be held between July 20 and 22, 2026.
