IITB PhD Program Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Indian Institute of Technology Bhubneshwar PhD Program, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Minimum 60% or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) in a Master's or equivalent degree in relevant subjects.
- B Tech/BE or equivalent degree in relevant fields with at least 70% marks or 7.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale).
- All subsequent tests beginning with Class 10 require a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale). A single relaxation of up to 5% in secondary/higher secondary/bachelor's degree/equivalent is allowed.
- Candidates having a B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc. degree must have GATE, CSIR-UGC NET (LS), JAM, or JEST qualifications in a relevant discipline.

The Institute shall not be held liable for any candidatures that are rejected due to incorrect or incomplete data submitted through the online application site.
