Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E./B.Tech) or a Master’s in relevant sciences with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

Admission is primarily based on a valid GATE score (2024/2025/2026), followed by the COAP counseling process. M.Tech application fee is ₹500 for General/OBC/EWS men and ₹250 for SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates.
