IIT Kharagpur is inviting applications for admission to the Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program till February 15, 2025. A total of 60 seats are available for the MHRM program for the 2025-2027 batch.

Candidates applying for the MHRM program must meet certain academic qualifications. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

• A minimum of a 4-year duration Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or similar disciplines.
• A Master’s degree in any subject.
• General/EWS/OBC-NC candidates must have secured at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
• SC/ST/PwD candidates must have secured at least 55% marks or a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale.
• Candidates currently in the final year of their degree program may also apply.

IIT Kharagpur MHRM Admission 2025: Selection Procedure

The selection process for the MHRM program at IIT Kharagpur consists of the following steps:

• Candidates must appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024, which is the first criterion for shortlisting candidates for further rounds.
• Candidates must fill out the online application form before the deadline.
• After submission, the candidate will be able to generate and print a copy of their application form, which should be kept for future reference.
• Shortlisted candidates based on their CAT score and academic profile will be invited to appear for a Personal Interview (PI), which may be conducted offline or online.
