IIT Jammu M.Tech Program Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Indian Institute of Technology M.Tech Program, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria listed below:
- M.Tech Program- Any 4-year UG degree
- M.Tech Executive- Working professionals with 1-year min experience +BTech/ BE in relevant branch/ MCA/ MSc

IIT Jammu M.Tech Program Documents Details
Candidates must submit the following documents at the time of admission to the Indian Institute of Technology Masters in Technology Programme:
- A qualifying degree certificate or provisional certificate must be submitted at the time of admission.
- If a provisional certificate is submitted at the time of admission, students must submit the qualifying degree certificate within 15 days of the start of classes.
- Students who do not submit their credentials within the first semester will be notified to the SPGB for future decisions/actions.
- No funding will be awarded to students until all relevant documents, including final qualifying degree certificates, are physically submitted.
Candidates will be chosen based on their B.E./B.Tech/MSc/B.Pharm/MBBS grades and GATE scores. The M.Tech selection committee of the department will decide the cut-off marks. Simply taking the written exam does not guarantee a call for an interview.
