The following documents must be shown at the time of admission to the IIT Dharwad PhD Programme:

- Details of educational qualifications from secondary school onwards, including NET/GATE/other qualifying examinations (if applicable).
- Fellowship-related documentation, such as the JRF Award Letter (if applicable).
