IISER Admission 2023 Open for BS MS Dual Degree Program; Apply till May 25

New Delhi: IISER is inviting applications for admission to its Five-Year BS-MS Dual Degree Programs at Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram and Tirupati campuses for the academic session 2023-24.

Applicants must note that the application window for IISER BS-MS Dual Degree Programs Admission 2023 is open till May 25, 2023. Interested candidates can submit their online applications through the official portal of the university at iiseradmission.in. 

As per IISER, admission to BS-MS Dual Degree Program will be based on marks scored in qualifying exams, such as IAT/ KVPY/ JEE Advanced. Candidates who wish to get admission are required to submit their online application form for the same before the given deadline.

Candidates who wish to apply for IISER BS-MS Dual Degree Programs Admission 2023 need to follow certain eligibility norms and selection criteria mentioned below:

• To apply through the KVPY, JEE (Advanced), or IAT channels, candidates must be Indian citizens, PIOs, or OCIs. 
• Only through the JEE (Advanced) channel may candidates apply for admission who are NOT Indian citizens, PIOs, or OCI. 
• Candidates must have passed the Class XII (or equivalent) examination with Science stream in 2022 or 2023 from a board that has been approved by the Council of Boards of School Education in India (COBSE). 
• Candidates must have taken at least three of the following subjects during their Class XII (or equivalent) exam: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. 
• Candidates belonging to the SC, ST, or PWD categories must have secured at least a 55% overall grade or equivalent in their Class XII (or equivalent) examination. Candidates from other categories must have obtained at least 60% overall or an equal grade in Class XII (or an equivalent examination).
• The selection of the candidates is based on marks scored in IAT/ KVPY/ JEE Advanced entrance exam. 

IISER BS MS Dual Degree Admission Form 2023: How to Apply?

IISER admissions to the various BS-MS Dual Degree Programs are conducted in online mode. Candidates need to register online to apply for the program. The step-wise IISER application process for IISER BS-MS Dual Degree Admission 2023 is as follows:

Step 1: Visit the official website of IISER Admission 2023 at iiseradmission.in.

Step 2: Click on the link available for “Click Here for Application” on the home screen to register yourself.

Step 3: Read all the guidelines carefully, After that scroll down and then click on the “Click Here to Apply Online” link.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Register’ tab available in the right corner of the screen.

Step 5: Register by entering the necessary details to generate an OTP.

Step 6: Login by using registration credentials and then enter the required details such as email id, mobile number etc in the application form.

Step 7: Upload a scanned copy of the mentioned documents such as a passport size photograph, signature and other required documents.

Step 6: Now pay the required application fee through the online mode of payment.

Step 7: Download and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
