IIMBG To Start MSME Idea Hackathon 3.0; Check Details Here

New Delhi: IIMBG INSPIRE, the incubation centre of IIM Bodh Gaya is all set to start the MSME Idea Hackathon 3.0 for women innovators. The last date to apply for submission is July 11, 2023.

According to the Hon. Prime Minister's perspective, "The progress of humanity is incomplete without the empowerment of women". The Government will continue putting emphasis on women's empowerment with a focus on dignity, opportunity, appreciating their efforts and contribution, laying the foundation for a New India, filling in the gaps as solutions required by Women Innovators.

They are helping them to build the base for constructing the economic structure of a powerful India since women entrepreneurs are the foundation of the social change that India aspires for. In order to give MSMEs the generational leap they need to transform India's social, cultural, and economic ecosystem into a global leader, the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises encourages MSMEs to put on their thinking caps and develop innovative solutions.

Under the Office of Development Commissioner's MSME Innovative Scheme, ideas from women innovators and women-owned MSMEs from throughout India are being solicited for IIMBG INSPIRE MSME Idea Hackathon 3.0.

The Office of DC-MSME will provide assistance to the Host Institutions (HI) approved for the programme during implementation. Through the Host Institutes they select, Incubatees will receive financial support for their preferred ideas up to INR 15 lakhs per accepted proposal.

Guidelines for Ideas

• Innovation in marketing and branding that improves the customer experience.
• Ideation: Creation of new concepts and ideas for products.
• Technology: Product functionality-related innovation.
• Co-creation: Innovation with client participation.
• Social innovation: Corporate culture-related innovation.
• Innovation and entrepreneurship are connected concepts.
• Innovation involving stakeholders is known as open innovation.
• Innovation in business models: Innovation in goals and tactics.

How To Register?

Step 1: Visit the MSME website @msme.gov.in

Step 2: Register yourself as a women owned MSME or other women.

Step 3: Next, fill & verify all the required details, verify your email address and mobile number.

Step 4: Enter the login credentials that you have received on your email address.

Step 5: Login and Select BI/HI state as “Bihar” and Select BI/HI as Indian Institute of Management, Bodh Gaya

Step 6: Write about your idea.
