The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Udaipur, has announced the opening of admissions for its Short-term Program in Management (SPM) for the academic year 2026.

Candidates interested in the program can start applying from December 10, 2025, and the last date to submit applications is May 15, 2026.

The total academic fee for the SPM course is ₹89,500 for the entire duration.

An application fee of ₹ 500 is required when submitting their forms online. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid during the application process.

To be eligible for the SPM program at IIM Udaipur, candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university. There is no minimum percentage requirement specifically mentioned for SPM, but candidates are advised to check the official website for any updates or additional requirements.

IIM Udaipur SPM Fee Structure 2026

The total program fee is ₹79,500 for the Early Bird offer (Cycle 1) and ₹89,500 for the regular price (Cycle 2), both of which already include the 18% GST.

Once candidates receive your admission offer, they must pay this fee within 7 days.

This payment covers all their major expenses, including tuition, study materials, accommodation, meals, laundry, and a city tour. If they need to withdraw, they must do so through the IIM Udaipur Online Portal on or before May 16, 2026.

Candidates will receive a refund minus a ₹10,000 deduction. However, if they withdraw after this date, no refund will be given.

IIM Udaipur SPM Admission 2026 - How to Apply?

• To apply, candidates must first complete the online form available at the IIM Udaipur website.
• As part of this application, applicants are required to write a Statement of Purpose (SOP) of no more than 300 words and submit a non-refundable fee of ₹500.
• Once the form is submitted, the Admission Committee will review the application to make a final decision.

If an admission offer is granted, the candidate must then pay the full program fee within the deadline specified in the offer letter to confirm and secure their seat.
