IIM Udaipur Revises MBA Admission Policy 2025-27; WAT Now Mandatory with 6% Weightage

IIM Udaipur has revised the admission policy for its MBA 2025-27 Batch, decreasing the normalized CAT score weightage to 57%. IIM Udaipur MBA Admission 2025 are done through IIM CAP 2025. Candidates are shortlisted based on CAT 2024 scores, WAT & PI and Profile. This year, the seat intake for the MBA batch 2025-27 has increased to 375, compared to 368 in the previous batch.

As per the revised admission policy, the PA (Personal Appearance) process now comprises WAT (Written Ability Test) & PI (Personal Interview) having a weightage of 21% up from 15% last year.

Note: Normalized CAT Score is calculated by dividing the candidate's CAT Score by the highest CAT Score among applicants to IIMU who participated in WAT and PI, then multiplying the result by 100.

Earlier, IIM Udaipur had provided a 1% weightage to candidates who had completed CA/CS/ICWA. The same criteria has been removed this year. The breakup of 8% Academic Profile is now based on:
