IIM Sirmaur is inviting applications for the PGPEx on Leadership in Smart Manufacturing (PGPEX-LSM) for the 2025 session. It is a 1-year full-time residential program for working professionals.

Candidates with Bachelors in (B.Tech/BE/B.Sc/Allied Fields) with 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA are eligible to apply. Additionally, candidates should have at least 3 years of manufacturing-related experience in manufacturing or allied areas (Shop Floor/IT/Teaching/Entrepreneur/etc.).

IIM Sirmaur PGPEx Leadership in Smart Manufacturing Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelors in (B.Tech/BE/B.Sc/Allied Fields) with 50% marks.
At least 3 years of manufacturing-related experience in manufacturing or allied areas (Shop Floor/IT/Teaching/Entrepreneur/etc.)
The minimum required age is 25 years.
Valid GMAT/GRE/CAT score (taken within the last five years).
A minimum of 500 in GMAT, 300 in GRE, or 50 percentile (overall) in CAT.
For other participants, IIM Sirmaur will conduct an aptitude test.

IIM Sirmaur PGPEx Leadership in Smart Manufacturing 2025 Program Details

PGPEX-LSM is a 1-year full-time residential program. The program includes:

1 term at RWTH Aachen in Germany
2 terms at IIM Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh Campus
Placement assistance by IIM Sirmaur to non-sponsored candidates
Industry visits to world-class German manufacturing companies and India

The PGPEX-LSM program is a joint effort by IIM Sirmaur and RWTH Aachen, Germany to develop leaders in smart manufacturing. Key areas include Smart Manufacturing Systems, Sustainable Production, Digital Smart Production, Frugal Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0.
