IIM Ranchi Announces its Inaugural “Grand Alumni Homecoming ‘23” Celebrating 13 Years of Excellence

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management Ranchi has proudly declared the commencement of its first 'Grand Alumni Homecoming ‘23,' a significant event commemorating the remarkable 13-year journey of the institution. 

The official inauguration was overseen by the esteemed Director of IIM Ranchi Faculty, Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava, and the Chairperson of the Alumni Relations Committee, Prof. Amarendu Nandy, marked the initiation of this memorable occasion.

Prof. Nandy reflected on the significant milestones achieved by the alma mater during its 13+ years of existence. A heartfelt welcome was extended to esteemed alumni from both the Post Graduate Program (PGP) and Executive MBA, inviting them to take part in the celebration at the crow's nest, located on the IIM Ranchi campus.

In his speech, Prof. Nandy shed light on the strategic priorities outlined in 'Vision 2030,' a forward-thinking initiative encapsulating the institute's aspirations for the current decade. 

He highlighted the institution's dedication to strengthening ties with its alumni, highlighting initiatives such as the 4-city meet. This event aimed to reestablish connections and cultivate an enriched network among the alumni community.

Prof. Deepak Kumar Srivastava proceeded to deliver an inclusive welcome message, offering insights into the institute's recent initiatives. These endeavors include certifications, merit-cum-means scholarships, and other measures aimed at enhancing both the social commitment and educational experience at IIM Ranchi. 

Prof. Srivastava urged the alumni to actively participate in contributing to the ongoing improvement of the institution, ensuring its continued advancement for the benefit of future generations.
