IIM Raipur PGP Placement 2023: Average Package at INR 21.04 LPA, Highest at INR 67.60 LPA

New Delhi: IIM Raipur has successfully concluded the placement drive for PGP batch 2021-23 with the highest domestic salary package of INR 43.43 LPA and highest international salary package of INR 67.60 LPA. The average package for this session stood at INR 21.04 LPA.

For the IIM Raipur PGP Placement 2023 drive, the institute has recorded 100% placements. Over 107 recruiters joined the process and offers were made for the positions in finance, sales and marketing, strategy and consulting, operations, general management, and human resources domain.

IIM Raipur recorded an increase of 19% in the average salary. The offers were made by different sectors such as BFSI, Strategy & Consulting, IT/ITES, Manufacturing, FMCG/FMCD, and E-Commerce, demonstrating a well-balanced distribution of hiring.

Informing about the placement session, Prof Ram Kumar Kakani, Director, IIM Raipur said, “We were able to diversify our recruiting base into all sectors of the economy. The offers are well spread out across sectors with Consulting, Banking Financial Services & Insurance Sector (BFSI), Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Analytics, Education, Advertising, and Healthcare accounting for most of the offer”

For placement session 2023, IIM Raipur received offers from all areas including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Sector (BFSI), IT/ITES, Consulting, and Manufacturing. 

The highest number of offers were made from the Banking Financial Service and Insurance (BFSI) sector with an average CTC and maximum CTC of INR 21.02 LPA and INR 32.50 LPA, respectively.
