New Delhi: IIM Lucknow and Imarticus Learning have launched a new Executive Management Programme in People Leadership & Strategic HR Management. The main aim of this 11-month-long course is to impart HR professionals with skills required for team management and leadership.

IIM Lucknow and Imarticus Learning Executive Management Programme in People Leadership & Strategic HR Management course is a certificate program. The course is of 11 months, 150 hours of immersive learning, and contains 9 modules. The course syllabus will cover various aspects of management and offers hands-on insights and focuses on real-world applications. The program will be taught by the IIM Lucknow faculty through live online lectures. 

Candidates who wish to seek admission to IIM Lucknow and Imarticus Learning Executive Management Program must have completed their undergraduate degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Apart from that they must also have a working experience of 5 years or more.

As per the institute, the students who enroll for the program “will be benefited from six gamified sessions that simulate CXO-level business and HR excellence, five masterclasses led by industry stalwarts, a three-day campus immersion at IIM Lucknow, and the distinguished honour of being inducted into the executive alumni community of IIM Lucknow.” The program is suitable for all candidates who are working as senior HR practitioners, Business Managers, and even experienced graduates. The program will help students to learn cutting-edge HR management practices and become HR leaders who would formulate strategic initiatives and manage the evolving workforce in the future.
