New Delhi: As per the latest updates, the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has joined hands with Emeritus to launch a 10-month Chief Executive Officer Program to upskill CEOs to build and create a strong future growth strategy.

As per IIM Lucknow, the program is designed to benefit existing and potential CEOs. It is aimed at experienced and proven leaders with a minimum of ten years of work experience who are interested in developing their skills to advance their careers.

The curriculum will help participants meet customer expectations for societal engagement, enable brand values and trust as growth drivers, possess strong leadership for effective change management, develop a culture of innovation that drives digital transformation, and transform business.

IIM Lucknow Chief Executive Officer Program 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Interested candidates with a UG (10+2+3), diploma (10+2 +3) or PG degree and a minimum of 10 years of work experience are eligible to apply for this program. Classes will commence on December 30, 2023, and the program fee is INR 5,60,000 + GST.

The program has been carefully crafted to assist leaders in developing practical, industry-aligned abilities that will assist them in inspiring teams to innovate and maintain themselves. Participants who successfully complete the program will be issued a certificate of completion and IIM Lucknow's Executive Alumni Status.

The curriculum covers immersive live online learning from IIM Lucknow academics and industry professionals, as well as an in-person immersion at the IIM Lucknow campus. It also includes a capstone project directed by IIM Lucknow faculty, business simulations such as Capstone simulation and Strategy Simulation on Balance Scorecard, and a peer-to-peer learning opportunity.
