IIM Kozhikode Launches Chief Operations Officer Course with Emeritus; Apply till March 7

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode and Emeritus have joined hands to offer a new Chief Operations Officer (COO) course as a part of the CXO courses offered under the joint aegis of the two institutes. The last date to apply for admission is March 7, 2024. 

The classes for the one-year Chief Operations Officer course will start on April 27, 2024. The course is developed specifically to impart necessary skills to aspiring COOs and hone skills in line with the evolving business world. 

Some highlights of the course include live online sessions taken by faculty members of IIM Kozhikode, two modules’ worth of lectures by Kellogg Executive Education, a leadership building workshop that will take place at the IIM Kozhikode’s campus, and business simulations that provide hands-on learning for strategic supply chain management.

Eligibility Criteria for IIM Kozhikode and Emeritus COO Program 2024

The eligibility criteria for the course are as follows: You must be a Graduate or diploma holder from a recognized university with aggregate marks of at least 50% and a minimum work experience of 10 years.

As per the institute, the COO course will help participants “develop multi-pronged strategies that span operating models, cost structure, market footprint, and tech-driven innovation…One word sums up your journey, and the mandate of the modern-day COO: Transformation”.

The Chief Operations Officer program covers all the new-age topics that COOs must be well-versed in, including AI, design thinking, risk resilience, digital supply chain etc. A strong foundation in these topics will help students maintain operational efficacy in their future businesses.

Application Fee for IIM Kozhikode and Emeritus COO Program 2024

The fees for the course are INR 6,50, 000. If you apply for the program before the last date, you can also be eligible for a program fee benefit of INR 35000. A Pay Later option is available for the course where EMIs worth INR 26,940 can be submitted over 36 months.
