Who is Eligible to Apply?

Candidates must:

  • Have passed Class XII or a diploma after 10 years of schooling from a recognized board
  • Produce original mark sheets/certificates on or before June 1, 2026
  • Participate in all stages of the selection process

Selection is based on academic record, entrance test score, and personal interview performance.

Applicants must appear for the IIMK BMS Aptitude Test (AT) 2026, which will be conducted as a computer-based examination at designated centres. The test follows a multiple-choice format and evaluates candidates on Verbal Ability and Quantitative Ability to assess their analytical and language skills.

Based on performance, candidates are shortlisted for the next stage using an Aggregate Index Score (AIS) that combines the entrance test score, Class XII or diploma marks, and Class X performance.

Shortlisted students are then invited for a Personal Interview (PI) round conducted in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Mumbai, and New Delhi, where each interaction typically lasts about 15 minutes.

During the interview, the panel evaluates academic consistency, general awareness, personality, attitude, and communication skills.

After this stage, the institute prepares a final merit list by considering the interview score, standardised entrance test score, and academic record, and admission offers are released according to Government of India reservation norms for NC-OBC, SC, ST, PwD, and EWS categories.

Once selected, students will begin classes in August 2026 and undergo a rigorous four-year learning experience that includes projects, internships, research work, global exposure opportunities, and industry engagement, helping them build strong foundations for careers in management, analytics, entrepreneurship, or higher studies.
