IIM Kashipur has released its admission policy for the 2025-27 MBA batch, increasing the CAT cut-off percentile for the General category. The selection process includes a PI, with CAT 2024 scores holding the highest weight in the merit list.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur has outlined its admission policy for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for the 2025-27 batch. Previously, the CAT cut-off percentile for the general category was 92 but this year it has been increased to 94. The changes in the new admission policy are highlighted below.

IIM Kashipur CAT 2024 Cutoff Percentile
In the first stage, candidates who meet the minimum cut-off percentile in the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI). Percentiles are presented below for each category and section:

VARC, DILR, and QA percentiles have increased from 73 to 75 for the General category and from 50 to 55 for the EWS category, showing an increase of 2 and 5 percentiles respectively.
Similarly, VARC, DILR, and QA percentiles have increased from 50 to 52 for the NC-OBC category and from 44 to 45 for the SC category, showing an increase of 2 and 1 percentiles respectively.
The overall CAT percentile, VARC, DILR, and QA percentiles have not been changed for the ST and DAP (Horizontal Reservation) categories.
IIM CAP 2025 Schedule
IIM CAP registrations have been closed. However, Slot Booking is open till February 3, 2025. Candidates can check the remaining CAP 2025 schedule from the table below:
