The first batch of IIM Jammu's Master’s Programme in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management (MBA – HA & HM) (2022-24) has completed its placement, where over 56 companies participated and the highest package stood at INR 32 LPA.

New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Jammu, has successfully concluded the final placement for the first batch of the Master’s Programme in Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management (MBA – HA & HM) (2022-24). 

AIIMS Jammu and IIT Jammu along with the IIM Jammu issued the placement report for the MBA batch of all 3 institutes, which showed the participation of more than 56 companies and 44 students.

According to the IIM Jammu Placement Report data, a total of 44 students from the inaugural MBA batch (2022-24) participated in final placements, and the highest domestic package stood at INR 32 LPA.

The management institute recorded an increase in multiple job offers across sectors such as Healthcare, Product Management, Marketing, Consulting, Finance, General Management, Operations, and Supply Chain related to Healthcare and Health Administration. 

With the highest domestic CTC being offered at INR 32 LPA, the top 10 percentile recorded INR 21.7 LPA and the average top quartile CTC stood at INR 18.76 LPA. The average and median CTC offered were INR 14.01 LPA and 13 LPA, respectively.
