The IIM CAP 2026 MBA cut-off has been released at cap2026.iimj.ac.in. General category candidates must secure an overall 90 percentile, while category-wise and sectional cut-offs vary.

The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) Bodh Gaya, Jammu, and Sirmaur have officially released the Common Admission Process (CAP) 2026 cut-off percentiles for admission to their MBA programmes for the 2026–28 batch. The cut-off details were announced by the CAP 2026 Coordinating Institute, IIM Jammu.

The released cut-offs specify section-wise and overall CAT 2025 percentile requirements for candidates belonging to different categories. For the General category, the minimum sectional cut-off for VARC, DILR, and QA is 65 percentile each, with an overall cut-off of 90 percentile. For General (Female & Transgender) candidates, the overall cut-off has been fixed at 85 percentile.

The IIM CAP 2026 admission process is conducted in two stages. In Stage I, eligible candidates must submit their EOI, which is mandatory but does not guarantee a PI call. Candidates shortlisted in Stage I proceed to Stage II, where they are required to pay the application fee and select their PI slot.

Admission decisions, merit list preparation, and final offers will be handled independently by IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Jammu, and IIM Sirmaur. If shortlisted for multiple programmes, candidates will undergo only one PI, the score of which will be shared across participating IIMs.

IIM CAP 2026 MBA Admission Schedule

The IIM CAP 2026 Registration portal has been activated for MBA admissions. Candidates shortlisted based on CAT 2025 scores can now submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) through the official website. As per the official timeline, the last date to submit EOI is January 25, 2026. The PI round is scheduled to take place from February 23 to March 31, 2026.
