Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad achieved 100% placements for its PGP-FABM 2026 batch, with all 45 students placed. Sahyadri Farms emerged as the top recruiter.

IIM Ahmedabad PGP-FABM Final Placement Report 2026 Out

The IIM Ahmedabad has announced the final placement report for its PGP-FABM 2026 batch, achieving 100% placements. A total of 45 students participated in the placement process, with all candidates securing offers across diverse sectors. The process, conducted in hybrid mode, concluded successfully, with students expected to join their respective organisations between April and June 2026.

IIMA Recruiters and Sector-Wise Participation

The PGP-FABM cohort witnessed participation from recruiters across sectors such as agri-inputs, agri-tech, consulting, FMCG, food processing, commodity trading, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, and ESG consulting. Students were offered roles in consulting, strategy, sales, marketing, and business development.

Notably, Sahyadri Farms emerged as the top recruiter. Other prominent recruiters included Accenture, Ernst & Young (EY), ITC Limited, and Amul.

The placement season also saw participation from companies such as Valency International, Grant Thornton Bharat, Godrej Agrovet, PI Industries, and INI Farms. New recruiters, including Laila Group, Varaha, Prompt Equipments, and Bighaat, joined the process, indicating growing industry interest in agribusiness talent.

According to Prof. Viswanath Pingali, Chairperson of Placements, the consistent trust shown by recruiters reflects the strength of the programme and its focus on achieving an optimal recruiter-candidate fit. The IIMA placement committee also emphasised that the FABM programme continues to stand at the intersection of agriculture, business, and sustainability, making graduates highly relevant in today’s evolving agribusiness ecosystem.

The institute further stated that detailed audited placement data will be released as per the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS), reinforcing transparency and credibility in reporting.
