Candidates in the General and SC/ST categories must pay an application fee of INR 500 and INR 200, respectively, upon submitting their applications for successful registration.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City has invited applications for its PhD and MS Research programs for the academic year 2025. To apply for the Indian Institute of Information Technology PhD and MS Research Program, candidates must meet the eligibility conditions listed below:

IIITS PhD Admission:

Eligibility for Full-Time:

ME/MTech/MS with research in CSE/ECE/related fields.
MSc and MTech in CSE/ECE/related fields.
Direct PhD admissions for BE/BTech/related fields.
Bachelor's and master's degrees in mathematics, statistics, and related fields.

Eligibility for Part-Time:

Working IT Professionals.
Scientists working at Government of India research laboratories such as DRDO and ISRO.

IIITS M.Tech Program Admission:

Four-year Bachelor's degree in CSE or ECE, or an equivalent degree in science or engineering.
A master's degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, electronics, computer science, information technology, or any other related field..

At the time of admission, candidates must provide a self-attested copy as well as photocopies of papers such as their identity, age, birth certificate, caste certificate, and income certificate.
