The Indian Institute of Information Technology has released a list of individuals chosen for the institute's PhD program. Candidates whose names appear on the list are instructed to pay the requisite fee before January 7, 2025. Classes are scheduled to begin on January 13, 2025.

IIITN PhD Program Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to take admission must be eligible as per below mentioned criteria

• Master's Degree in Engineering / Technology with Bachelor's in Engineering / Technology with First Class or 60% marks
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in CSE, ECE, IT, and related subjects.
• A verified GATE score is preferred.

Candidates must submit these below-mentioned documents at the time of admission

• The hard copy of the Online Prescribed Application Form has been signed on all pages.
• Tenth Standard Certificate.
• Diploma or 12th Standard Certificate.
• Graduation marks for all years.
• Graduation Degree Certificate.
• Master's Degree with Marksheets for All Semesters.
• NOC from your current employer.
• Experience and service certificates, as well as EWS and OBC-NCL certificates, are only valid for the current fiscal year and follow the Central Government format.
• Cast Validity Certificate for SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates from Maharashtra.
• SC/ST/PwD certificates (where applicable) must be submitted in the Central Government's prescribed format.
• For online forms, a scanned copy of the NEFT payment receipt or a scanned copy of the DD is required, whereas hard copy forms require the actual DD or the genuine NEFT receipt.

Original documents and ID evidence must be produced during the documentation verification procedure, which will take place on the date of the interview; otherwise, the candidate may be barred from participating in the selection process.
