IIIT Delhi M.Tech Program Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Masters in Technology program at Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, candidates must meet the requirements listed below:
- A minimum of 65% aggregate or an equivalent CGPA is required for a B.Tech, BE, MCA, or M.Sc. in relevant subjects (CS, IT, EE, or ECE).
- Candidates should have at least 75% aggregate for the M.Tech. (Research) in CSE (with 5% relaxation to reserved categories).
Students can withdraw their seats on the M.Tech. admission portal by logging in and sending an email to @mtech-admissions@iiitd.ac.in.
