New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Lucknow, has introduced three new MSc programs for the academic session 2023-24. These programs include MSc degrees in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Data Science, and Economics and Business.

Speaking about the introduction of these courses, IIIT Lucknow director Arun Mohan Sherry stated that these new MSc courses have been carefully developed to cater to the changing demands of the industry and equip students with specialized knowledge to succeed in their chosen fields.

According to Sherry, the MSc program in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) includes in-depth study of subjects like Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Data Analytics.

The MSc program in Data Science emphasizes advanced techniques in Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Big Data Analytics, and Data Visualization. Students acquire the important skills to extract valuable insights from large datasets and make informed decisions based on data.

The MSc program in Economics and Business is an interdisciplinary course that combines Economic Principles, Financial Analysis, Marketing Strategies, and Business Intelligence. It also focuses on the impact of emerging technologies on the business landscape.
