Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Allahabad, has released a revised schedule for the PhD program for the academic year 2026. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website of IIIT Allahabad.
Interested candidates must pay the application fee of INR 500 for the General/EWS/OBC Category, and INR 250 for the SC/ST/PWD category. A total of 173 seats are available with institute fellowship, and 325 seats are available with external fellowship.
The personal interview has been scheduled on December 10 & 11, 2025, for all the selected candidates, and the result will be announced on December 15, 2025. Selected candidates have to upload their documents on the ERP portal from December 17, 2025, to December 29, 2025.
Selected candidates must report to the IIIT Allahabad for document verification from December 22, 2025, to December 29, 2025, and the new session will begin from January 5, 2026.

Applicants are advised to completely fill in all details in the online application portal along with paying the requisite fee by the due date & time. Without both things being completed, the application submission will be summarily rejected.
