IIFM Bhopal Invites Applications for MBA Admission 2026; Apply by December 31 @iifm.ac.in

The Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal, has opened admissions for its MBA program for the year 2026. The program focuses on management in the context of forestry, natural resources, and sustainable development. The last date for applying is 31st December 2025.

IIFM Bhopal offers MBA programs in four specialisations: Forestry Management, Sustainability Management, Sustainable Development, and Development & Sustainable Finance. A total of 375 MBA seats are available, with 150 seats for Forestry Management and 75 seats each for the other three specialisations.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/DA/PWD) from a recognised Indian university or an equivalent qualification approved by the Ministry of HRD. Final-year students or those awaiting results may also apply. If selected, they can join provisionally by submitting a certificate from their College/Institute (issued on or before June 30, 2026) confirming completion of all degree requirements.

IIFM Bhopal MBA 2026 - Selection Process

The selection for IIFM Bhopal MBA 2026 is based on entrance exams and personal interviews. Candidates must apply and appear in any of the following exams: CAT 2025, XAT 2026, MAT 2025/MAT (Feb) 2026, or CMAT 2025 & 2026. IIFM uses these scores to shortlist candidates for the next stage.

Applications are submitted online at www.iifm.ac.in/admission. The application fee is Rs. 1,500 for GEN/NC-OBC/DA/EWS categories and Rs. 1,000 for SC/ST candidates.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interviews, conducted offline at centres in Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Delhi, Guwahati, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. Interview performance, along with the entrance exam score, determines final selection.

Reservation Policy and Seat Allocation

As per Government of India norms, 18.75% seats are reserved for SC and 9.375% for ST candidates. 33.75% seats are reserved for Non-Creamy Layer OBC (NC-OBC) candidates, and 5% for Persons with Disability (PWD)/Differently Abled (DA) candidates. Eligible disabilities include low vision/blindness, hearing impairment, and locomotor disability/cerebral palsy, with at least 40% disability certified by a medical authority.

Excluding Refundable Caution Money of Rs. 30,000/- (one time) to be paid along with First Year Fees.
