IIEST Shibpur PhD Admission 2024 Open; Check Selected Candidates List Here

IIEST Shibpur has released the list of selected and waitlisted candidates for PhD admission (December 2024) under Regular categories, including Institute Fellowship, Individual Fellowship, Sponsored Research Projects, and Sponsored Categories. Candidates are required to visit the Office of the Dean (Academic) on December 16-17, 2024 between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm to take admission in physical mode.

IIEST Shibpur PhD Admission Documents Required

The list of self-attested photocopies/originals of the following documents should be submitted during the admission process:

• Self-attested photocopies of mark sheets /certificates of the following academic degrees
  • Secondary (10 level)
  • Higher Secondary (10+2 level) / Diploma in Engineering
  • Under Graduate (B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch. /B.Sc./B.A. etc.)
  • Post Graduate (M.E./M.Tech./M.Arch. /M.Sc./M.A./MBA etc.)
• GATE/NET/DST Inspire scorecard/award letter (if applicable)
• Proof of Date of Birth
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• PwD certificate (if applicable) from a competent authority
  • OBC-NCL/EWS certificate issued on or after April 1, 2024 will only be accepted during physical document verification
• NOC in the prescribed format for the Sponsored Category
• Blood group report from pathological laboratory
• Passport size photo (2 copies)

Note: Candidates must bring the original documents for verification purposes.

IIEST Shibpur PhD Fee

Only successful verified candidates will be eligible for admission to the PhD program at IIEST Shibpur. Such candidates need to pay the Institution fees for this semester. The amount may be deposited to UCO Bank, BESU Branch through bank challan or bank transfer (may be available during admission).

Note: After the admission, the candidates should join the respective Department/ School / Centre immediately
