ICAI 2024: Online Assessment Test Date for FXTM Certificate Course Released

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the Online Assessment Test (AT) for the Certificate Course on Forex and Treasury Management (FXTM). The test is scheduled to take place on 14th December 2024 through ICAI’s Digital Learning Hub. This exam is organized by the Committee on Financial Markets and Investors’ Protection.

Key Details of the FXTM Assessment Test

1. Exam Schedule:
   • Date: 14th December 2024 (Saturday)
   • Paper 1:
     • Time: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM IST
     • Topics: Chapters 1 to 6
     • Pattern: 100 multiple-choice questions (100 marks)
   • Paper 2:
     • Time: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM IST
     • Topics: Chapters 7 to 12
     • Pattern: 100 multiple-choice questions (100 marks)
2. Important Deadlines:

• Face Authentication: Must be completed on ICAI Digital Learning Hub 2 days before the exam date (by 1:30 PM).
• Registration Fee:
  • Free for participants of the 13th FXTM batch.
  • ₹1180 for participants from earlier batches.

1. Prerequisites:
   • Active ICAI Membership Number.
   • 75% attendance in the virtual professional training sessions.
   • Desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection and a functional camera.
   • Login credentials for ICAI Digital Learning Hub (linked to SSP portal).
   • Completion of the Face Registration process, including live authentication with blinking eyes, to confirm identity.

Instructions for Participants

1. Login and Verification:
   • Ensure access to the Digital Learning Hub at least 4 days before the exam date.
   • For login issues, email fxtm@icai.in or elearning@icai.in promptly.
2. Assessment Test Guidelines:
   • Confirm that your most recent photo is uploaded on your SSP dashboard.
   • Face authentication will be conducted during login on the exam day.
3. Exam Pattern:
   • Paper I will cover Chapters 1 to 6 and Paper II will cover Chapters 7 to 12.

Important Notes

• Requests for registration or face authentication after the deadlines will not be accepted.
• No extensions will be provided for completing the face authentication process.
