HPCET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result Out; Check Last Date to Report

The Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has released the Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test (HPCET) 2026 Round 1 seat allotment result for BTech and BPharm programmes. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official e-counselling portal at ecounselling.hp.gov.in. The status link is also available on the HPTU website at himtu.ac.in.

As per the official notice dated July 13, 2026, allotted candidates must complete online reporting and pay the part admission fee by July 16, 2026. Those who miss this deadline will forfeit the allotted seat. The Round 1 allotment covers admissions to BTech (through JEE Main and HPCET), BPharm, MBA, and MCA programmes at HPTU-affiliated institutes.

How to Check the HPCET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result?

Allotted candidates can view their seat status in a few simple steps. The portal accepts the login credentials created during registration.

• Visit the official portal at ecounselling.hp.gov.in.
• Click on the candidate login link on the homepage.
• Enter your application number and password to sign in.
• Open the Round 1 seat allotment status tab on your dashboard.
• Download and save the allotment letter for reference.

How to Complete Online Reporting Before July 16?

Reporting confirms your acceptance of the allotted seat and programme. Candidates who fail to report by the deadline lose their claim on the seat.

• Log in to your account on the e-counselling portal.
• Review the allotted institute, branch, and category details carefully.
• Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
• Pay the part admission fee online through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
• Submit the online reporting form and download the confirmation slip.

• HPCET 2026 or JEE Main 2026 scorecard
• Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates
• Round 1 seat allotment letter
• Category certificate, if applicable
• Bonafide Himachali certificate, if applicable
• Recent passport-size photograph and signature
• Valid photo identity proof
