HPCET 2026 Answer Key Out; Raise Objections By May 20

Himachal Pradesh Technical University (HPTU) has released the provisional answer keys for HPCET 2026 across all programs on May 12, 2026. Candidates can download the answer keys from the official website himtu.ac.in for B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc. Physics, B.Sc. HMCT/BHMCT, and MCA/MBA programs.

HPCET 2026 was conducted on May 9-10, 2026 for undergraduate and postgraduate admissions. The provisional answer keys are now available for candidates to verify their responses and prepare for the final result declaration expected on May 21, 2026.

How to Download HPCET 2026 Answer Keys?

Candidates must visit the official HPTU website at himtu.ac.in to access the provisional answer keys. The answer keys are available in PDF format for all four programs conducted during the examination period.

HPTU has released answer keys for B.Tech and B.Pharmacy (UG) programs held on May 10, 2026. Additionally, answer keys for M.Sc. Physics (PG) held on May 10, B.Sc. HMCT/BHMCT held on May 9, and MCA/MBA/MBA (T&HM) held on May 10 are now available.

How to Raise Objections Against Answer Key?

Candidates must submit written objections with supporting proof to the Controller of Examinations. Objections can be submitted personally by hand or via email to arsecrecy@gmail.com before the May 20, 2026 deadline at 5:00 PM.

All objections must include valid proof of the correct answer from authentic reference materials. HPTU will not entertain objections received after the May 20 deadline or those submitted without supporting documentation and evidence.

After reviewing all objections, HPTU will release the final answer key incorporating any necessary corrections. The final answer key will be used to evaluate candidate responses and prepare the merit list for counselling.

HPCET 2026 Results and Counselling

The HPCET 2026 result is expected to be declared on May 21, 2026 on the official website. Candidates can download their score cards using their application number and date of birth from himtu.ac.in.

HPTU will prepare the merit list based on the final answer key and candidate performance. Online counselling is expected to commence in June 2026, where qualified candidates can participate in seat allotment rounds.
