Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, is inviting applications for the PhD program for the academic year 2025-2026. Interested candidates can apply through the Google Forms available on the official website. The last date to apply is November 30, 2025, and the All-India Written Test will be conducted within the HNLU campus on December 21, 2025.

The total number of intakes for the PhD program 2025-2026 at HNLU is around 15-20, based on the availability. The institute offers a Doctoral program in two specializations, i.e, Law and Law & Inter-disciplinary Studies. Interested candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria master's degree with at least 55 % marks, and the program duration is 3 years, and the maximum duration is six years.

However, dates for the presentation of research proposals by shortlisted candidates, declaration of final results, and commencement of the programme will be notified soon. Interested candidates from the unreserved/OBC category have to pay INR 2000, and for SC/ST/SAP candidates is INR 1,000.
