DME Haryana has announced the Special Stray Round 2 Provisional Merit List and Document Verification Schedule. Candidates will report to their allotted institutes for document verification and joining on December 5, 2024, from 9 AM onwards.
Pt. B. D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak has declared the special stray round 2 schedule for physical document verification and Provisional Merit List for MBBS/BDS courses admission against the seats left vacant for the session 2024-25. All candidates will report to their respective allotted institutes for document verification and joining on December 5, 2024, from 9 AM onwards.

- Provisional Tuition Fee Payment:
Students can make online payment of tuition fee through the admission portal from December 3, 2024 to December 5, 2024 till 9:00 AM.In addition, students can also pay through DD in favour of "Counseling and Admission on A/C for Deptt. Of Medical Education & Research (DMER)" payable at Sampla/Rohtak.
- NRI Candidates: The DD for tuition fee should be drawn from NRI/NRE/NRO account and a copy of bank statement should also be submitted.

- Venue: Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak
- Categories: All categories candidates including NRI and FF, have to report along with their original documents.
- On-Spot Reporting:
Reporting of candidates will be at their respective allotted institutes on the same day after document verification process on December 5, 2024.
Documents Required for Verification
Candidates must bring the following original documents along with photocopies:
- Matriculation Certificate (as proof of date of birth).
- Class X and XII Marksheets and Certificates.
- Recent Passport-Sized Photographs (3 copies).
- Character Certificate from the last attended institution or First-Class Executive Magistrate.
- Resident Certificate issued by the competent authority in Haryana.
- Category Certificates (SC/SC-D, BCA/BCB, EWS, FF, etc.), issued as per Haryana Government guidelines.
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BCA/BCB candidates issued after April 1, 2024.
- NEET-UG 2024 Result Card.
- Income and Asset Certificate for EWS category (if applicable).
- Certificate of Disability (if applicable).
- Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License/Voter ID/Passport for identification.
- Provisional Tuition Fee Payment Proof (online receipt or DD).
- Parivar Pehchan Patra (mandatory for PMSS candidates).
